Note: Gala Dinner will take place on June 25 and is not included in the standard registration fees. Attendance will require an additional fee of 90 euros + VAT.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. Complete the Registration Form
Submit the form by March 8, 2025 (early bird) or May 23, 2025 (regular deadline).
2. Make the Payment via Bank Transfer
Pay the registration fees based on your registration date (early bird or regular), your category (student, academic delegate, or industry delegate) and whether you choose to attend the Gala Dinner.

3. Include Name in the Payment Description
When making the transfer, please ensure to include your first and last name in the payment description for identification purposes.
4. Send Proof of Payment
Once the transfer is complete, email a copy of your bank transfer receipt to des.conference@gmail.com. If you are registering as a student, please also attach proof of student status in your email.
